You need to increase your daily calories substantially(sp?). In other words you need to EAT EAT EAT and EAT some more. Even though you need to increase calories, you need to concentrate on calories(foods) with low fat, low cholasterol, low sugar, high protein and moderate(to high) carbs. devide your meals into 4 to 6 meals a day, smaller meals, not too small though.
Your diet is the number 1 ingridient here, closely followed by your workouts and rest. Set up a workout routine that will fit in your current daily life. Give 100% while working or be as intense in the gym as you can. and last but not least always try and get good rest. Resting is very important for recovery, since after workouts your body needs to recover from the poundage you put on your body with the weights. And of course, your diet also plays a crucial role in recovery as well. that is the time you fuel your muscles and (vital) organs back up so that your muscle will be at peak condition or ready to perform again and GROW. resting further aids in that recovery process, helping your body grow.
Good luck on your "bulkying" journey and feel free to ask any questions regarding nutrition, weightlifting and fitness in general. Myself and others in the fitness forum will try and help you as much as we can.
p.s: this advice is for peeps that are trying to bulk up.

I'm tryna gain a lil bit of weight myself, but it doesnt seem that I need to try as hard as I once did. Eating McDonald's food is the most effective weight gain regimine one can be on....foreal. Besides that, this supplemental shake I was taking helped alot too.
http://www.suplimednutrients.com/ This stuff made my appetite skyrocket, so eating alot wont be a challenge and it actually tastes pretty decent when mixed in a blender.
Happy Weight-gaining!:)

Take back shots more often....lol
Girl, I dunno. Perhaps doing lunges, squats and other exercises to plump it up. Dont forget the extra calories though. I'm thinkin without that, you'd prolly just tone up what you already have. Dont quote me on this, its just a thought....

How long have you been doing them? And have you seen a difference yet?
With the backshots, I havent seen significant change in my a$$, but my hips are beginning to spread just a lil bit.

I gained 15 lbs in 4 weeks by eating 4000 calories a day and working out each muscle once a week. Its easy.

I dunno, the canister doesnt specify. I always drank it at the beginning of my day. If I had time to drink it at night I would have. They say to drink it along with your meals but it makes you so full, so quick. You kinda dont wanna eat afterward. Did you check out the website?
