I Cant Change My Avi To An Animated Avi... I Wanted To Put My Ghostface Back In But It Wont Let Me... Is There A Restriction?

The option to upload animated avi's is not working at the moment. The feature should be restored shortly, but I don't have an animated time. The site is still going through updates.
