View Full Version : I just bought a decline sit-up bench, question

What kind of situps should I do? Should I do less with weight or do more without weight? To start I did about 4 sets of 20 on a decent decline with no weight...is that OK for someone just starting out? And should I do them every day or every other day?

*EDIT* I also run about 2-2.5 miles every other day along with lifting on a lift-lift-rest pattern...thoughts?

Everyone is different man. There is no one formula for fitness. If you feel like you are getting a nice afterburn then that is ample enough. Don't go for overkill, especially if you are starting.
