It's the fault of both parties. Adam was responsible for Eve, so he was just as wrong as she was. He should've made sure she knew not to eat that thing.. should've covered/protected her better. Example: if you're a mid-level manager and your employee screws something up, upper management doesn't bark on the employee... they bark on you. In the end, men are responsible for the condition of their families. But I think I'm getting too deep into this... just wanted to clear that up.

Or are you gonna remove the gun, educate him, and protect him?

I HATE what you just said. I really do. I'm over here at work fuming at the fact that a young man is actually thinking that way about his duty in life. It is your duty to protect. Men are the soldiers of their families. You think those dudes over there in Iraq are just "trying"? You think that if some cat tries to run up in my house and hurt my family I'm gonna "try" to subdue him? Exactly... he ate off the tree knowing he shouldn't have. But notice: NOTHING HAPPENED UNTIL HE ATE. God didn't say a word until Adam ate, too. That's the key. If Eve had just eaten it, and come to Adam, and tried to convince him, and he had said "No! And you shouldn't be eating that either!", THEN WE WOULDN'T BE IN THIS MESS. If you;re stupid enough to be convinced into doing something that you know you shouldn't be doing, then whose fault is it that you did it? Yours? OF COURSE IT'S YOUR FAULT.

MY PROBLEM is I keep letting that affect me, when I should play the role of what YOU said Adam should do.

But what my point is (and I hope you learn this cuz it might come in handy for you one day) you cant let what Eve does come between you & god.
