Ahhh, I used to f*ck with protein bars but the price and taste never sat well with me... plus a lot of the ingredients in some of them sh*ts is trash.

I used to f*ck with Next and Detour bars for snacks when I was bulking, but I learned the joy and pleasure of homemade protein bars.

Homeade Protein Bars:

Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein
Natural Peanut Butter
Oats
Honey
Splenda

Melt the PB in the microwave and mix with these ingredients. Use whatever ratio suits your nutritional goals as far as protein, carbs and fat. Taste Hella good. Cost a Fraction of whatever you pay for that other chit.
