Coldplay's "X&Y" is a brilliant album

This album had MEGA hype before it dropped. Some publications called it a classic, others said it was ehh. Upon first listen, i thought it was ehh. I loaded into my IPOD a couple months back and now I really love this album. Richly textured album.

I thought it was ehhh when it first came out too. Didn't really like it until I saw them in Toronto in March.

"Parachutes" and "A Rush of Blood to the Head" are still better, though.

Fukking terrible. Boring wishy washy music and absolutely awful lyrics- rolls out the cliches and pompous piss and sets it to music for middle aged people.

It really isnt all that good at all. In fact, I'd say it is borderline terrible.
