Just curious as into who keeps up with the sport. I do even tho, Im far from one.

I see Phil Heath won his 1st two shows as a pro(Colorado and Ny pro)

Yeah, Phill Heath(rookie) won the New York Pro show. I saw pics of the show as well, dude looked pretty impressive. It was a bummer for Darrem Charles and Dennis James(finished 3rd I believe). I think Phill Heath needs to work on the width and thickness of his back a little bit because everything else on his body is on point. Dennis James has a much thicker and wider back than Heath. But hey, Heath's conditioning was on point so my hat goes off to him.

Dennis James midsection looks like he was on GH and shyt. Hes a good bodybuilder but not symetrical. I dunno how peeps would wanna look like that or Marcu Ruhl
