View Full Version : I'm on an extreme summer diet regimen

Wake up in the morning and do 50 push ups (Monday thru Friday), go to work and don't eat for 8 hours, come home and weightlift (3 days a week) for an hour and cardio (Everyday) for an hour, eat a salad and some meat and call it a night. Have'nt drunk pop for sooooooooooo long, it's killing me. No more junk for and have'nt smoked for months now.
Finally consistently started doing squats, noticed my jumping ability has gotten higher, and more power running. So far I lost 10lbs since last month. My body just is'nt built to be muscular big, so I'm trying to cut down to 165lbs, I'm 200lbs now. The bench is down to 300lbs cuz of injuring my left elbow a little,(not weightlifting related) I'm doing 225lbs 10x for 4 sets on squats, Deadlifts are sooooo easy now. I hope to be 180lbs by the end of July.

you need to read some proper literature on training/diet.

I have, remember everyone is different, this is what's working for me currently and I'm going to stick to it. I'm getting crazy fast results, becoming real cut already, waist getting smaller, abs are showing more, arms are giving the illusion that I'm big because more muscle showing instead of fat. I won't slow down until I'm 180lbs atleast.
