View Full Version : ECA Stack ratios/can it be used in conjunction with creatine?

I go to the gym 5 days a week, and train for an hour a day. I have time to hit 7 excercises, but I have been doing 6-8 reps (to gain mass) I have ordered some Ephedrine, and I am planning on using the ECA stack. What type of ratios should I use, how many milligrams of E should I start with?
What suggestions do you all have for me as far as cutting down some body fat? Should I restructure my workout for this ECA stack, and can I still use Creatine with it? I have decent definition, but I really want the famed 8 pack. Thoughts?

20 mg of E
200 mg of C
81 mg of A (optional though, EC stack is just as good)
Do not exceed 100 mg of Ephedrine in a day so you can manage dosage pretty well. I usually take 50 mg instead of 20 mg twice a day with caffeine.
As for starting out, its up to you. You need to assess your tolerance and proceed accordingly.
You can take Creatine with an ECA stack, just don't take a Creatine product that has vasodialating properties like an NO2 supplement. ECA constricts blood vessels while NO2 expands them; in a sense they will cancel each other out.
For the cutting... just remember that the only thing that will increase fat is a calorie deficit. Simply cut the cals and stick with it; fat loss will eventually come.

good question... i'm also looking for some ephedrine on the net to form a stack ... but don't know whats the real deal and what's BS. Big H ..khalid....which brand do you guys recommend? hit me with a link pleeease!

i got it at natural high or something online.........started the stack on saturday, went with 12.5 mg E, 100mg C, and 81mg A........I felt heightened awareness, and more energy, as well as slightly elevated heart rate but no jitters........I may up the dosage to the 20/200/81 this weekend and see how i feel........
Vasopro Ephedrine is one of the best ones.

Ok, so I ordered the vasopro. 48ct of 25mg pills. $9 a bottle at workoutsupplies.com. $6.95 shipping to MI. I'll let ya'll know how it goes. I took ephedrine stack for about 3 months back in 04 and lost about 50 lbs(not just from the pills, but diet and major working out too). I've gained about 20 back so I'm hoping to drop that.

VPX Liquid Clenbutrx? Big H mentioned that stuff a while back...but it's been discontiued. apparently it was that piff. i use VPX's Redline now. it's that crack. ....i'ma try it in a stack with this Vasopro stuff when i get it.

Careful with that stack though. Some people can't handle Redline alone; adding Vasopro could make things worse.
Vasopro is nice cuz you can pretty much stack it with any fat burner on the market, but the basic EC/A stack is always a good foundation for straight up energy and metabolism boosts.
Just make sure the fat burner doesn't contain Yohimbe or any variation of it; Ephedrine and Yohimbe should not be combined.

Damn i'm looking at the labels now and this sh*t is in both the thermos I use. (Redline & GNC's Thermo Burst). what's the worst that could happen if i did the stack? I usually take down a 8oz can of Redline + thermos :guilty: before most workouts with no problems.

Well I take it those Thermos don't have Ephedrine.
The problem is that combining the two can do serious damage to your receptors and essentially cancel each other out. See, companies began using Yohimbe a lot after Ephedra was banned to help make up for the loss of abilities Ephedra offered. You can try stacking the two, but you have to be careful with the dosage and cycle it after a few weeks. Also, only take it from monday-friday.
But keep looking around, there are plenty of thermos that don't have Yohimbe and are effective.

nah actually i was talking about clenturbol which is actually illegal in america but does the same thing as a eca stack. has a lot of the same sides as ephedrine.

gotta talk to people in gyms. make friends with very massive people.
you can get it from over seas also. its not illegal in every country. if your really interested i can maybe point u in the right direction. its not a steroid so dont feel thats what im saying. honestly i dont know why its illegal its effects are so similar to ephedrine.

weren't u anorexic(sp) at some point? U sure its a good idea for u to use it? u wouldnt wanna get carried away with it. it can hurt u if ur not careful enough.

yeah i battled an eating disorder for about 6 years (bulimia). but i'm cool now ....i got help and whatnot. bit of a health nut these days but no worries... i'd never abuse any supplements or anything recommended to me in here. i'm not tryna give myself a heart attack in my 20's.

So I used the 20/200/81 this morning.............it had me jacked up! I was going nuts on the bike in the gym, then I went off working out chest. I had the jitters a little but it wasnt too bad.........How many weeks should I use it for?

Use it only during the weekdays (Mon. - Fri.) and take a break from it, also try to avoid huge amounts of Caffeine during the weekend. You can take the stack for about 4 weeks straight, then I recommend you take 1-2 weeks off.
And always remember to take it with SOME kinda food in your stomach. The straight up ECA stack on an empty stomach can be a harsh experience, especially if your not hydrating properly.
