First let me tell you that I am not trying to transform the Fitness Forum into the Ladies Room. I kinda like it the way it is. People asking good questions and others helping out. It's educational and encouraging.

Well, having said that, I just want to bring up the fit women I adore. Women that take special care of their health and bodies like the average geek takes care of their computer. Most importantly they do this on a regular basis. They live a healthy lifestyle. They have long embraced a natural vitality that allows them to be authentically themselves, to live long, spiritually rewarding -- and thin! -- lives, freed from empty calories, empty diet promises, impossible standards, and a "say no to food" mentality.

To me, there is nothing better than a fit women who involves herself in an activity, like jogging or cycling or just about any sports (not powerlifting :gag: ) which she keeps up.

Man, I would love to have a woman in which I can have a competitive and friendly physical rivalry.

Now, the body . . . like when a woman's body is slender, but toned (tone meaning slight muscular definition, but also feminine). She could wear just about anything and it'll look good. She practically makes the dress instead of the other way around.

Please, feel free to add on.

Yes, I can't wait to reach my goal...so far so good...I can really see a difference....It is more than just losing weight for me...it's about becoming a more conscience person regarding what I eat and how much I eat....

Toned women are def. what's hot in the streets....

It's more a mental battle than anything. Stay strong mentally, stay self-motivated, and stick with it. Never slip up. It pays dividends eventually. Strong health, a better outlook on life, more energy, slows down the aging process, and of course, great looks. Not a bad deal for putting work into exercising and dieting and sleeping.

Good luck.

how can you not love athletic women? I love going to the gym. Although right now i'm limited to lab-time and home workouts until the end of the semester. Just need to gut this out.

And Logic, I know what you mean about that slight definition. That gets me like nothing else.

I enjoys a woman whos in shape... but I'm college so I'm on smashin spree with no strings attached. When I'm ready to find that true girlfriend then yea, a girl who takes care of herself is certainly number one priority. If I'm gonna be with a chick on a steady basis she has to share in my lifestyle or the sh*t ain't gonna work.

But till then... my beatin spree will continue haha.

For me, she doesn't need to be a health freak and be extremely picky and everything she does, but I would like a woman who actully works out and enjoys it. My girlfriend now does a little something, but only because she knows I want her too. She has such a great shape that if she would just work out regularly, she would gut sooo many females out there. I noticed it at the beach. Perfect hips, small waist (despite not doing nothing with abs), feminine features, not a huge chest but I never cared about that, and a cute butt. I want her to get stronger, have more endurance, and not to lose all that when she gets older. Plus it will help prevent diseases, reduce stress, give her more energy, etc..

But in general, for me a woman doesn't have to be the epitome of health, I would just like for her to do some type of physical activity and watch what she eats somewhat.

Yea active girls are the shyt. Nothin like hearing "ahhh i could barely run today, you left me so sore"...

For me, a broad doesn't have to be crazily in shape, but if the waist is small and tight and she's got some ass I'm skraight, really. I'm not in a picky mood right now.
