the new ephedra free stuff is garbage. back when it had ephedra in it... hydroxycut was the truth.

Lypo6 by Nutrex is pretty decent. I used it last year on my cutting phase and of course combined with my diet and exercising regimen I lost some body fat. Remember, the main focus is not the supplement, its your diet, training routine/intensity, and rest.

hey how've you been? You have posted that you swim alot, which is an awesome conditioning and overall body exercise however do you incorporate any weight training into your fitness routine?

Lipo 6 is the only good Ephedra-free fat burner on the market. Then again you can always stack Ephedrine HCL with another fat burner.

yeah that's me ..your resident swimmer. I've been good actually thx for asking. :)
To answer your question.... Absolutely my daily routine is pretty much cardio- circuit-cardio. 30-40 mins of warm up cardio (treadmill.. elliptical or bike) 30 mins of circuit training (no free weights although i know it's supposed to be better for you) and an hour or so of laps. (1 1/2 - 2 miles). i'll usually alternate the days i work ..core....arms and legs on the circuit...that's about it.

Lipo 6 is a lil too much. someone off here suggested to me awhile back and i took it a few times and i felt like i was on a caffeine high with my body trembling and shyt.

i went back Xandnadrine. it's better imo.
