i've read that it's not a good idea. does anyone here do that? only free time i have to work out now is right after i get off my job and i am dead tired an need a pick me up.
Cop a fat burner if your worried about it; its still Caffeine.
People are afraid to use Caffeine pre-workout because it dehydrates you faster which isn't good during a workout. But if your already hydrating correctly you shouldn't worry about it hindering your workouts. There was some talk of it actually effecting the ATP in your muscles (the contraction of muscles), but it wasn't proven. Too many variables come into play in this case.
So go head and drink your coffee or anything that contains Caffeine.
