Well I can do 225lbs 10x now...I deadlifted after how many months, did 225 10x 275 10x then 300 1x....my back is dying, barbell curlin 110lbs 10x....I have'nt seriously did squats for a year now, I have no motivation to do it...I only smoked one black n mild for 2 whole months now just to see if I still liked it but I don't...been grubbing on fast food and candy all day everyday peaking at 215lbs now at 6 foot lol...I need to cut back to 180lbs...My arms finally taking the shape I always wanted since 3 years ago...I need major work done on my shoulders....
Goals...
Bench 250lbs 10x by June
Deadlift 400lbs 5x
Squat consistintly period (I know I spelled it wrong)
Barbell Curl 125lbs 10x

im almost ready. 35lbs gone 20 more in my opinion. my main and fam begging me not to lose more but i think ill be set@20 more.
its mad addicting to work out now, its like i get a lil rush when i do. almost (note almost) like blazing but not quite. crazy

My bench is..ehhh...at the most. I was at 305 x 3 two months ago, now i'm back at 275 x 4. My goal WAS to get at 360 by the end of summer, but I doubt it will happen. So i'm gonna get the 275 x 8 goal going in bench and 225 x 20...
I just started back squatting. I did 315 x 15 and 375 x 12 last week, as warmups. Trying to ease my legs back into lifting that type of weight again because that really used to be my warmups. In the next month and a half, trying to get to 400 x 10 (but I can probably do that now), but ease myself into it. Overall, I want around 450 x 8 if I can...
Don't do too many deads, but last time it was 365-375 x 1. Down from what it used to be, but better than nothing.
Leg pressed 900 x 10 last week, trying to get my leg strength up again. I used to do 3 sets of 10 of the entire leg extension rack. Can't do that anymore...
Wanna get back into barbell shrugging 365 x 10 again also.
Got two more weeks of dieting before I head home for summer break. I'm down to 237 lbs from 265 lbs @ 7% bodyfat. I feel I can squeeze out 6%, but with finals coming up I'm gonna need my energy to study. I guess you say I've reached my goal, but my bench dropped 5 lbs. so I'm not too happy.
Bench: 430 lbs.
Squat: 610 lbs.
Deadlift: 480 lbs.
