The "People Under The Stairs" are great and they have the ability to bring Hip Hop back to where it needs to be. Their new album "Stepfather" will be dropping on April 18th and the cd has already received wave reviews. The group has news placements on the folowing websites:

The only way to bring hip hop out of the slum's is to get rid of the comcercial artist .because thez corporationz.invest in the rap culture and then they sell it to thez kids like the corporation started hip hop.when it started in the streets.

I'm not a huge fan of Kanye West but he's in the limelight at the moment and he's signing some seriously talented artists. Music fans are getting exposed to artists like common, talib, mos etc. I don't like kanyes music as much as the likes of common BUT I feel kanye has a good ear for talent and is trying to get hip hop as far away from rims and grills as possible.
