i've never really taken supplements on a consistant basis, i've been drinking 2 serving sizes of whey protien after every work out but have not really noticed any significant increase in muscle. i wanna try out some supplements so before i go spending money on some shyt i would like to know the opinions of y'all who have taken many different kinds of supplements and which ones have been the most effective. ECDY-BOLIN? andro? also if you could explain any possible side effects. appriciate it.

First of all stay away from Ecdy(pure crap) or any Andro product. I was actually glad when the government banned Andro because it really is a sh*tty supplement. That goes for any form of Prohormone too. If your gonna lift and wanna get big then do it the right way.

Stick to the basics: Creatine, ZMA, NO2, Whey Protein (Try to get Isolate), Multivitamin, BCAAs, etc.

You build muscle from eating excess calories so food will be your main mass building supplement. If your not upping your calorie intake then these supplements won't do sh*t for you.

Remember that supplements are just that... supplements; don't expect them to do magic and change your body alone. Lift hard, eat big, and stay consistent and the mass will come.

My guess is your diet is not good. Are you intaking enough unsaturated fat? Unsaturated fat promotes hormone growth, which is required for muscle growth.
