Seriously,
This is the last time i buy the stuff. I felt cheap today so I picked up some Optimum Nutrition Whey... it had a decent profile and i heard good stuff about it. The taste was absolute ass and the gas was foul as hell. From now on I am sticking with Isolates. It's worth the extra money.

What flavor did you get? You obviously didn't get the chocolate.

ON 100% is a solid Whey Protein. Just stick with the Chocolate one. Out of all the flavors they got, the Chocolate tastes the best when mixed with water. I don't drink protein shakes with milk so I looked all over for a great tasting shake and I found that Chocolate usually tastes the best with water.
On a side note, ON 100% has replaced the original ON 100% with the Gold Standard version which is comprised of mainly WPI (Whey Protein Isolate) which is the best form of protein. Concentrate is becoming obsolete in a sense. Make sure your looking for the Gold Standard one.

i can probably get you some for a couple dollars cheaper if you like...but it tastes good and its easy to digest - they took that into consideration when they made it
