I think there used to be a thread on this. If so, did you think it was better than monohydrate?
Its still Creatine; just more efficient at doing its job. It absorbs at higher rate than any other Creatine (Di-Creatine, Tri-Creatine, Micronized, etc.). It also prevents bloating since there is no loading phase and stops excess water gain. It still pulls more water into your muscles, but thats where it stops. So like I said, its the best option for Creatine but its still just Creatine. Mono is old news, but still good if your on a budget.
As for getting CEE; I suggest you buy in bulk since its way cheaper and you get more. Only downside is that it tastes like battery acid and sometimes where you buy from dictates the quality.
But, If you have the money and don't want a bad experience then buy a brand-version of it. Cre-Ethyl Thunder by Omega Sports is pretty good, Green Bulge by Controlled Labs is also solid, BSN Cellmass is also solid but pricey.
Xyience NOX-CG3 is my favorite CEE product but be prepared to spend on it; most expensive CEE product I have seen, but the best IMO.

I found the Xyience for $38.99 for 400 grams at dpsnutrition. Is that a good price and how manys does it last? I really don't want to pay that much for a 2 week supply, ya know? How is the flavor? I know some stuff you have to force down because it tastes so horrible.
My bad if I'm hounding you.

Thats the average price for the 400 gram container. They got a 780 gram which costs more.
The 400 gram will last you for roughly 15 workouts. You only take NOX pre-workout since there is no loading or maintenance with it. Its a pre-workout supplement. So if you work out 3 days a week it will last you 5 weeks. It says the serving size is 1 scoop, but it takes 2 scoops pre-workout for the full effect.
Like I said, its a pricey supplement but if you space them out and use them on a 3-day workout plan you can stretch it out.
