I'm tryin to get some big ass forearms. like them big ass popeye forearms. what are the best excercises for the forarms?..right now i just do rope pullups, wrist curls, and then i do a few sets of just holding a dumbell in each hand until my forearms feel like their about to explode. that excercise gets my forearms super swole. but do yall know of any other good workouts?...and how many times a week do yall workout the forearms..i usually do em about 3, but lately i've only been doin 2...i need to start uppin my game. i've heard you could even work em out everyday, but that would be some tough $hit. i hate workin out the forarms...them $hit's burn like hell.
