So I eat right 5 days a week (on my off days I eat what I want) and I go to the gym after work and do 50 minutes of cardio. I'm trying to lose 20 pounds. Is it so bad that I eat two little scoops of ice cream when I get home from the gym and then go to bed?

I actually encourage cheat meals/days on a diet. Theres nothing really wrong with it, just don't go TOO overboard. Sundays are my cheat days regardless of what phase I'm in. Cheats just make it easier to stay on a diet for a long period of time, plus it has been shown to boost your Leptin levels which in turn leads to more fat loss.

I do have cheat days. But I be wanting a couple of scoops of ice cream everyday after I go to the gym. But like I said, they are small scoops.

5 days a week you eat 2 scoops of ice cream right before bed? if you're trying to lose 20 pounds maybe you should try healthy choice ice cream, or sorbet perhaps? but like logic said, if you're exercising regularly it shouldn't be that big a deal.

1) No such thing as a "little" scoop

2) Average scoop of ice cream is about 250 cals. You're talking about 500 cals. To burn 500 cals, you'd have to run about a mile. So if you're willing to run an extra mile to burn off your "two little scoops", then go for it. Otherwise, stick with fruit.

lol@ 2 scoops everynight, the worst thing you can do is eat junk food before you go to bed, limit the ice cream to once or twice a week,

Try some Cottage Cheese.
