What's the best, most effective way to get that toned, non "giggly" look in ur legs? Oh yeah, but i want to reduce size first cuz when i lose weight i tend to only see it in upper body(stomach, face, etc).

Im tryin to get my legs skirt ready by july/august, thats why im startin now.

any tips.

Logic not a woman but Logic suggests that you do some arobic exercise cuz you have to work the entire body to see the results you seek

ok... i'm doing the same thing for summer and i have the same problem with losing weight from the upper body first.

definitely do cardio, but also do things like lunges and squats... do you go to a gym?

you cant spot reduce. lunges and squats wont burn any more fat from your legs than they do from any other part of your body. they help the muscles gret bigger and stronger. don't worry about them getting "too big". you're a chick and that won't happen unless you're on roids. i say do 'em but dont expect magic results.

cardio/diet to lose overall bodyfat. Do arobics, running/walking, etc...

Now do you want to tone or lose fat in general? Don't do the cardio no more than 30 minutes a day for 3 days a week if you trying to keep some thickness to you. For your legs, you should pyramid, which is do a set of light weight for 12 reps, go up in weight for 10 reps, go up in weight for 8 reps, go up n weight for 6 reps, etc. That will help you tone and gain some strength/size.

The exercises I suggest you use for your lower body are the leg press machine, hip flexor machines, some squats on a stationary machine, dumbell lunges (you can do those at home) and dumbell calf raises (you can do those at home too). Eat right, as in don't eat alot of foods with grease, Sat. Fats, and Trans. Fats. Eat foods that are protein rich, maybe even by some of that Boost stuff for when you're on the go.

Real talk. Anyone who says otherwise is lying.
