Regiman: Weight Watchers; Cardio/Toning/Walking 5-6 days a week

Started: December 15, 2005
Today: March 15, 2005

Overall goal lose 44lbs

1st goal lose 30lbs. Achieved. weighed in today 30lbs gone

2nd goal lose 14lbs. As of today 14 more to go

3rd goal maintain lose. Get to 2nd goal and then on to this one

so thats 30 lbs gone in 3 months which averages 10lbs/month or 2lbs/week

trust sis if i can hang in there and do so can ya'll.

congrats you started at the right time too you'll be ready for the summer Logic wonders though what does your diet consist of?

since im on WW i can eat pretty much anything as long as i stay within my points range for the day

typical day is lots of fruit, protein in the form of fish ususally or beans--used to be vegetarian but im back on meats just fish usually--lots of potatos, 100% whole wheat bread, cookies, ice cream, vegetables, pizza, cake, and so on

i love sweets so i usually have some sweets erryday. but thats the beauty of WW i can eat whatever. went to the chinese buffet on friday and it was all good

lol@one of my boys asking me to strip at our boy's bachelor party this friday night. im like it is not that serious......im not there....YET. holla at me in about 3 months and i'll be ready, LOL. j/k
