When I started lifting this past summer and fall, I made some nice improvements. Now it seems like I'm just maintaining. I got sick and that set me back, so maybe that has a little something to do with it.

Chest

Bench Press 4 sets reps vary, sometimes i only get 4 reps on a set
Incline dumbell press 4 sets 10 reps
dips 3 sets 10 reps
Cable crossovers(coming from the top) 4 sets 10 reps
cable crossovers(coming from the bottom) 4 sets 10 reps


Back

Pullups 3 sets 10 reps
Lat Pulldowns 4 sets, 10 reps on 1st 3, maybe 6 on the last
Seated rows 3 sets 10 reps
T bar 3 sets 10 reps
using cables to do the bent over 1 arm row(bring handle from bottom)

Ive been hitting legs, shoulders, bis and tris but not as consistent. What adjustments should I make to my chest and back workout?

Im hitting them both once a week, the last 2 weeks ive done chest twice a week
