i havent heard about the new ghostface but im sure itll be hot but my opinion may be biased. as for dilated peoples, i dont think they've stepped their game up at all since neighborhood watch. its not a bad LP and Evidence holds his own on the tracks he produced. plus they got kweli as well as the other usual lyricists makin appearances on the album. i'd only give it a 2.3/5 at best tho. thats just me.
