Brazilian hip-hop star Marcelo D2 has sold nearly a million records in Brazil, and is performing for the first time live in NY at S.O.B.'s Wednesday, March 22nd. He is celebrating his long awaited second solo alubum, "A Procurada da Batida Perfeita" (The Search for the Perfect Beat) produced by Mario Caldato (Beastie Boys), and true to the name he is exploring the perfect blend of Samba and Hip-Hop. Marcelo D2 performs live with a full band, come feel the rhythm. Special guest is Curumin.
