ok its march 1st and its officially crunch time for most people to get in shape lol so im limiting my gym time and doing alot of home excersizes and cardio.
i just bought a pull up bar and i wanted to know what parts of the back does it target and if i do pull ups is that enough for my back or should i do something else?and whats a good daily amount etc?
Your body adapts quickly to workouts like pull-ups so you won't see the gains you want. I suggest you just find a better time to hit the gym; when its empty. Either early morning, mid-day, or late night.

Ohhhhh.
Well in that case Pull-ups are good for maintenance during busy-season. Look into buying some interchangeable dumbbells though; won't hurt to add some weight training to your routine. Nothing heavy, just enough to keep in the routine and stay fit. Dumbbells can be tailored to fit any workout.

Goto failure and if you get the reps too high you can get a dip belt and add a weight to it, or hook your feet around a dumbell
