I am a 22 year old, 5'6", 140 pound guy (I'm pretty well toned though). Thats right, a guy. Save your jokes. Please.
As you probably guessed, I want to gain weight. Fast.
Time is short, money is shorter. However, I'll soon have access to all the gym equipment I could ever need (I'm headed to something along the lines of a police academy).
Any help would be appreciated. I was thinking of just gorging on peanut butter sandwiches, and all the meat I could get my hands on, maybe even taking protien shakes. Unless there is any better way....
Just focus on getting your calories in, and remember to eat 6 meals a day so its easier to get your calories. Gaining weight isn't hard; it all boils down to your diet so just eat big and try not to vomit.

"Gaining weight fast" is not always a good thing to set your mind to. Try not to stress yourself with that because if your progress is slow you'll probably get depressed and maybe quit. So just draw up a weightlifting routine, structure your diet and stay consistent. The weight is going to come, be patient.
Ask some of the more experienced weightlifters at the police academy to give you some inputs on workout routines and diet. Or research online in regards to routines and diet, theres alot of good sources out there available to the public(online). theres an "upped" thread" here in the fitness forum with a bunch of fitness/weight training web sites.
