i probably dont use anything you dont know...

and since i gotta start being professional i step my speech game up, i can be pretty eloquent when i want to be...

lol, professional for who. I dont here now dj's being professional.

djbriboogie
03-09-06, 07:06 PM
you gotta play the part to people who have the authority to hire you... i went on a couple interviews for some jobs where you might not need to be the most professional, so i was completely open and honest about everything, and i think that almost hurt my chances... so you gotta stretch the truth to these people, they also like getting their asses kissed...

and to correct your sentence, it should be "I do not know any disc jockeys around here that act professionally."

Why thank you. I meant to say no not now. Yeah thats why when i interview i try to be laid back as possible. I was once in thier shoes.

back to hip hop, i can remember listening to the radio when i was a young girl and couldnt wait to hear EPMD "you gots to chill" and Slick Rick "teenage love" just to name a few(basically something i want to hear right now)that was my joint back then. What happend to music like that. I mean seriously can we get back to the art of story telling........

that will only happen when the rap thats out now dies out, it becomes less mainstream/profitable, and the true artists are still making music, because the love to make music... otherwise, your gonna get all this garbage that unfourtunately sells...

things that make you go hmmmm, isnt that c&c?

bumps "its my thing"
