I didnt enjoy it. I been eating so well that the shyt was pretty nasty to me. Everything felt so heavy and I feel bloated as hell today. You know what the bathroom gonna be like.
rundown of food
morning-chic fil a breakfast- was ok. not as great as it was to me..felt very full after 2.5 chicken biscuits...I used to eat like 4 no problem
afternoon- pizza hut cheezy bite pizza and wings----- tasted like str8 shyt....salty, heavy, I felt like vomiting after.
Evening- Chilis...skillet queso was good, meal was mediocre at best(fajitas, felt full after 2, I usually eat like 5), desert molten chocolate cake....good, Had a coke..tasted real good, but I only drank like 4 sips, cup was still full.
**Best part of cheat day was..Recees Peanut butter cup with carmel**
Ate one cup...shyt was :ohmy: :ohmy:
I realized, fastfood got me feeling sick them fukkas think they slick!

I've been eating mainly bullsh*t for the past 4 days (my B-day and for V-day).
I haven't been doing sh*t else but eating out, and sunday, when I got home from my birthday breakfast/lunch/dinner, I wore that toilet out that night.
I felt bloated as ****, and now i'm noticing a little jiggle in my stomach so I tried t do about 300 situps in different versions. I plan on doing that almost every night this week, and hitting the cardio today and tomorrow
I notice that sometimes whenever I have my cheat meal so I focus on having a refeed (excess calories, but from good sources). I have an all out cheat day once a month now since I'm cutting; during bulking I have one every four days.
Fast-food is the wrong way to go though. First off you end up spending more money than needed and its the worst choice in terms of nutritional value. The only place I eat at during a cheat day is a NICE Chinese Buffet, and even then I still watch for what I'm eating (no Soy sauce, no mixing of carbs and fats, no soda, no desert, no sauce of any kind, just food and water). Aside from that I stick to home cooked cheat meals (nice fat Filet Mignon, home made fries/mashed potatoes, grilled bacon and cheese sandwich on Whole Wheat<--- Favorite).
Yea, I never drink soad. I know alot of them restaurant people thought I was trying to be cheap, but nothing except water for me. I also try to order lots of foods with chicken in it when I cheat. I ate it up dirty this weekend though. I'm trying to burn most of it off this week by lifting and doing minimum cardio

This weekend, I had some cheat foods as well. I was out of town(in DC) and all I ate was take outs and the sorts, had orange juice(bunch of sugar) which was not so good, but whatever. however, I still was able to eat 6-7 times each day that I was up in DC. My boys from DC where like "you eat too much", I was just laughing. Its all good though.

lol..i eat whatever the fukk i want EXCEPT..i throw in atleast one chicken breast, one piece of fruit, and one salad everyday...plus one protein shake before bed and one right after workouts.
I seriously do no cardio purposely......yet i seem to have a low BF%... *shrugs*
..i naturally dont eat ALOT of junk food though
i cant really watch my food like that anyway..i got way too many responsibilities to even worry about that..i dont see how i get 4 days of workin out as it is already

I'm like that too. I try to eat healthy on campus, but 8/10 times I can't, so I just take my shakes, do some cardio, and try to burn off most of the fat I eat. It doesn't take long for me to burn it anyway, about a month/2 or so I could cut up if the circumstances allowed me to. I'm trying to bulk up right now anyway. I have a high metabolism, so right now, I don't have to watch it too much and I pnly really do the cardio for endurance...

That's how I felt when I returned from living in Europe or whenever I visit, mostly when I lived there. Also, the same as you, eating natural/organic foods makes things like Doritos or Snickers Ice Cream bars not so tasty, heh. I got tired of junk food a long time ago, you know what I mean? It was like, 'no thanks.'
