Can you touch your toes?

Or, how would you describe your level of flexibility?

I maintained my flexibility through Dynamic stretching and Yoga. I still do Yoga (actually taking a class to push my credit hours to 21 for the semester) and swimming has also helped tremendously.

Im ok flexible for a big guy, and yes I can touch my toes. besides weightlifting/bodybuilding, Im a also a Judoka a.k.a judo player. I've been doing judo since I was 13(Im 26 now), and judo requires flexibility for the throws/takedowns and for the grappling part. I've done judo much longer than bodybuilding, I only started bodybuilding about 3 years ago.

Can you scratch your back??

My flexibility is excellent but it was always there. I used to take martial arts and could nearly do a split when I was younger. I make sure I'm flexible to prevent injuries and lose speed. Alot of people are surprised at it too. I might've lost some of it by not stretching as much in recent months, but I can touch my toes straight-legged, no bouncing, all fingertips on the floor, palms on the floor, stretch my arm down my upper back, etc.

I learned how to stretch properly too

Only thing I probably will start stretching in my leg/hip flexors with that ballerina/kickboxing stretch. There was this stretch machine at an old gym I used to go to, I used to spend about 10 minutes before a workout and 10 minutes after just stretching.

LOL, depends where on my back. I can touch the end part(close to armpit) of my lats, but can't get to the entire lats. The middle of my back I can't get to it either. and I can touch my entire lower back(including erectus muscle) as well.
lol @ this.

not even close. i just do yoga a couple times a week. after a good stretch and workout, I can bend forward & put my palms flat on the floor or slide my palms between the floor and the bottom of my feet and stand on them with my legs straight.

That's pretty crazy that everybody in here w/muscles is flexible?? I knew a couple muscle dudes who could barely twist their upper body at all, so that surprises me a little. But that's good.

Can you put your hands behind your back in the namaste postition, like so (http://www.yoga-for-health-and-fitness.com/Yoga-P6.jpg)? (with or w/o bending over)
