Is anyone here into jazz pianist Bill Evans? He played with Miles in the 50s and helped come up with the concept of Kind of Blue. He has many solo albums, but I'm trying to figure out which one to check out first. Are there any "essential" Bill Evans tracks I should look out for?

Speaking of Miles: Are there any Miles fans here? Favorite Miles Davis albums?

I think his best works were from '60-'65.

Start with "Portrait In Jazz" and "Explorations". Work your way to:

Live At The Village Vanguard
Waltz For Debbie
Trio '65
