February 8th is devoted to Black History Month at Sounds of Brazil, Manhattan, featuring performances by Cuban-Haitian Charanga Soleil and Roots music performer, Bonga. Special guests include Earthman, Jubilee, Chocolate Tai, Madafi and Echols Sound Lab. There will also be spoken words by Ella Turenne. Show that you know that music was born black and see this show!
