I noticed gains within one week of doing this but I'm worried that I'll tire myself out to quickly. My shoulders is also fukkin up my bench/shoulder work-outs and I'm wondering what's a good product that makes the joints feel better.

probably. I'd only do this workout if I couldn't get to the gym alot this week Some look like you not doing to many reps, but still. And it also looks as if you focusing on full body workouts instead of focusing on a specific area at a time.

I'd probably alternate between upper body, then lower body if I was you.

Yeah, you'd put your body in a constant overtrained state if you did that workout more than twice a week. Plus I can see you blowing your shoulders to pieces after a few weeks of that.

Thats just a bit too much volume IMO. Your routine might slow your muscle growth progress(in the long run) rather than speeding it up. Muscles grow mainly because of diet and rest/recovery-period most importantly, exercising your muscles compliments those other two(diet&rest) in the muscle growth equation.

Like whoa4 already said, you might want to split your routine up a bit, upper body versus lower body. Or other different split type routines so that you can allow more time for your muscles to recover.

Thats way too much. You shouldn't be spending more than 1-1.5 hours in the gym. I get my sh*t in three days a week in less than 1 hour.
