are those numbers concrete tho? I dont think i have 27% body fat, according to the table im overweight, i probably am but i hardly look my weight.

BMI charts don't measure bodyfat, homie.
In most cases, someone can't just tell you their height and weight and then have you determine their bodyfat percentage.
BMI is Body Mass Index...that doesn't take into account the person's body type, bodyfat percentage or activity level or any of that.

Do you have one of those electronic calipers or somethin'?
Those measure bodyfat.
Not sure how accurate they are, though.
