couple of my buls can bench 50 or more pounds more than me, Ive topped at 190, but they can do 240 and up...but it appears in regular activities, my job for instance (ups truck loader/unloader), I can lift/move as much as they can, in sports; football for instance i am as strong as them, if not stronger; ie tackling, running around....

what im asking is it possible that i am as strong as them, but because i dont lift/bench often, i cant do as much as them.

Practical strenght has to do with core body strength and bench press is NOT a core body strength exercise. Your friends are probably weak on deadlift and squats(core strength exercises). It has notthing to do with if you lift or not, its just happens that you've more overall body strength than your boys. Plus you can train/maximize core body strength with the deadlift and squat.

Bench press is not a measure of overall body strength(core body strenght). Deadlift and squats are measures of overall body strength(core body strength).
