it's an old school rap song, don't remember who it's by but I'm sure it was around the time Krush Groove was on. It was a rap song about the pied piper story, had rhymes like "Rats that were bigger than cats." The song was smooth and the video was classy, black and white kinda style. I do remember the mayor, when he didn't wanna pay the piper was all like, "Piper, your rhymes are kinda hyper." The piper was like, "If you're playin a joke, the joke ain't funny now I'ma ask you one more time, where's my money?" Piper turned the mayor into a stone cold jackass.
