You're really not supposed to.

But I take upwards of 10 grams of vitamin c and do it anyway.

They say if its above your neck and up meaning cough, runny nose, stuffed nose you can lift, but if its in your whole body like a fever and all that you shouldnt. For me working out clears my sinuses when im sick...

working out for me definatly HELPED my cold. i used to run track and a cold couldnt stop the workout. before i was active my colds used to last long but now they seem to clear up within a week. my mother said its good to sweat a cold out.

if you are full blown sick, only thing you need to do is rest...

if you are coming down with a cold, it's very helpful to work out...will help your body to fight it off...something like brisk walking is ideal

Working out helps your body to kill bacteria in your body, thats why people who work out dont get sick as much as others - I'm not exactly sure if working out and getting your heart rate up kills the bacteria faster while you are sick, it would seem to make sense
