whats good yall im tryin to drop like 40 pounds i been hittin the gym up for 2 weeks already and I have only lost 3 pounds. Is there a faster way to do this? My days have been rough as late ive been livin off of 2 Slim fasts a day and a turkey and skim milk cheese wheat sandwich... what tips would yall suggest so that i could lose weight...
