I tore my sh!t up 3 years ago playing ball and still haven recovered from it  . WHat's the deal? I rehabed and did all that was asked of me (well...not all) but yet any little thing I do my knee swells up. And the other day i was playing ball and hurt my sh!t again without even jumping. It's frustrating I tell you :grrr:

You might want to look up into the possibilities of getting surgery. Your Knee, obviously has not healed up and it might be getting worse. So, its better to consult a doctor and ask for the pros and cons of surgery to repair your ACL.

Yeah. Saw the doc the other day after the MRI results came through. I have to have surgery cause the ACL never healed and the fact that i kept playing on it it cause the Meniscus to be torn too.
Rehab is one of the most important factors of the surgery. If you don't take it serious and don't follow the guidelines strictly it will never heal correctly. My cousin tore all the ligaments in his right knee back in high school playing football, but after surgery he followed the rehab religiously, and after that he could move and run better than before. His knee was seriously f*cked too, but he chose the right surgeon and did EVERYTHING he could possibly do for rehab.
Having the right doctor is important too so if your having doubts bout your own doctor, look into switching for the surgery.

How soon after the surgery were you able to bend your knee again?
