There are users who only want user names to use as alias so they can spam the board with foolishness Logic suggests that you the Admin(s) should track ip and restrict them to 1 user name so you can save the board time case and point

don't you assume that if you grant this user a new name that he/she would go back to doing the same things that got themselves banned in th e 1st place? ....just giving you something to think about and consider
