Due to the winter break

Any advice for getting back in shape quickly? I lost like 5 pounds. should i workout every body part twice a week for a little bit?

Depends on body type (Are you trying to Cut or Bulk?). 4 days a week is a good goal.

A month won't kill you, but the last thing you want to do right now is overtrain by hitting each muscle group twice a week. Just stick to the once-a-week routine and make up for the lost time through your diet.

I missed like 2 weeks and I felt like sh*t (in my mind though).

Just basically start the first week lighter than usual, then go up every week. Don't overtrain like Big H said. I'm in my second week now.

the body needs a break once in awhile anyways so just get back to what you were doing gradually.. and I think full body workouts are better then doing one or two body parts a day.

A full body workout is doing machines and or free weights working on all of your body. Arms, legs, chest, back, abs, wrists, neck, ankles every part. Just switch it up but try not to do the same stuff to much all the time. The body gets bored so you have to mix it up to keep your body growing.. or if you are losing weight.. still the same thing just different methods... peace peace
