I used Ergopharm GF Pro for post-workout. TOP quality stuff.
Muscle Milk, I've never tried, but from what I'm told, it's incredible stuff and is optimal for before bed. I was thinking it might work well as a meal replacement during a cut too. I'm going to pick some up soon.

I don't think Muscle Milk is capable of being a meal replacement. I've been using it for the past few months but I was looking to some new stuff.

I also use GF Pro as my post-workout drink. Best WPI on the market in my opinion.
Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey is also very solid; they now make a Gold Standard version which includes more WPI. ON 100% is a great all-rounder type of protein, but for post-workout nutrition nothing beats a pure WPI like GF Pro.

is it better to drink a blend or is the 100% better?
I was messing with Pro complex for a minute and I recently switched to muscle milk but now I'm second guessing.

A blend like ON 100% isn't bad but I prefer to use them separate. Like taking a Casein protein shake before bed and using a WPI post-workout.
It all comes down to how fast you want the protein to absorb. Casein absorbs slowly so its ideal for bedtime, and WPI absorbs the fastest and is best for post-workout. ON 100% is good for both if your just looking for a protein to take around the clock, but if you want the absolute best you should look into buying two kinds of protein for different periods.

yeah, I kind of figured that. It's tough to devote all that stuff when I'm trying to wrap up my school stuff.
