Don't mix proteins and starch's.
Protiens release acids and starch's release alkalines. They neutralize each other and it makes your digestive system work harder and it cause's you to get tired.
When you don't mix them your digestive works alot more efficiently.
So just eat one or the other.
Really good to practice this at lunch, that way you go back to work with alot of energy instead of being tired.
