Stop drinking pop everyday. Keep maximal to once a week.

Eat more healthy.

Bench 350lbs by June.

Squat 500lbs by June.

Deadlift 600lbs by June.

Stop neglecting ab muscles.

Do 100 push ups with ease by June.

Do cardiovascular work outs at least twice a week.
