Well sort of....
John Garcia came onstage at the Queens Of The Stone Age concert in Wiltern LG in Los Angeles, December 20, 2005 and performed 3 Kyuss songs.
Thumb
Hurricane
Supa Scoopa and Mighty Scoop

Torrent link to the entire show. Its in FLAC format, so download foobar (google it) to play it.
Hopefully this leads to a full out Kyuss reunion, or at least more collaboration in the future.

Probably best to start off with either Welcome to Sky Valley or ...And the Circus Leaves Town. They are the two most accessible albums. Blues for the Red Sun is fantastic as well, but I'd say listen to some of their other stuff first before getting into it.
I don't have either of 'em on my computer or I'd upload them. Probably not to hard to find on Soulseek though.

props on the info...
kyuss was awsome and queens are one of the best bands out now...
EVEN wit the constant lineup changes or new bands .. these guys in some form or another always put out music better than 90%of rock out there now... would be nice to see a kyuss renunion album...
