Should I take whey protein with fat-free milk or water? I have ON 100% whey and it doesn't taste as great with water.

but I take mines with skim milk or water. Whichever I have at the time

water is pretty good... Milk tastes better... but i prefer water...

After a workout, you take it with water. Taking it with milk slows the absorbtion signifigantly. Remember that a protein shake is WHEY ISOLATE and has undergone a number of filtration processes to achieve that isolation purity and mixing it with milk once again defeats that purpose.

When i had chocolate instead of this nasty tropical bullsh!t I have now i would pour in just a little bit of milk to make it taste better

i drink it with water. it don't taste bad at all. i get that chocolate mint flavor.

depends if ur bulking or cutting, and it should be 2% in either situation anyway, and like someone already said, with water only after a workout..

I got ON 100% whey...but I get the mixed berries and just mix it with water.

I've been loading up on this shiet...like 90-120grams of protein off shakes alone a day.

LOL, thats pretty good. Now, just try and keep a consistent protein intake. also try and up the daily protein intake to 250-300grams, if you want more mass.

Im a big fan on ON(optimum nutrition) products, the ON 100% Whey (Isolate) is pretty good. I just bought MET Rex meal replacement(whey protein) two days ago and its pretty good as well.

keep up the good heavy work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My problem is, i don't really eat all that much. Plus, it's hard for me to eat enough to get 250 grams of protein because I don't want to get fatter.

My goal is to be around 1600-1800 calories a day, and 200 grams of protein. I am about 210lbs right now.
