i don't know why they be adding these stupid rules and regulations when some of these mods be trying to cheat the system when they "claim" to be on the same boat as the regular posters. i be going to other websites and folks can add different size avatars or have that sh!t in the system where the system fits it in to a certain size. they don't be giving ANY instructions on how to downsize it and i don't f*ck with photoshop so they better change their little f*cked up policy.
