I have an idea of how to gain weight... pretty much eat more than 3,000 calories a day, but also take in a lot of protein... but I also want to increase my endurance... how can I do this without hurting hte other?

this topic has been beaten to death on this forum. Anyway, you want to bulk up and at the same time preserve some conditioning, its very do-able. But you have to understand that if you truly want to bulk up(gain muscle mass) you'll have to focus more on bulking rather than conditioning/endurance. so I suggest:
4000-6000 or more cals a day(moderate/low fat, low cholasterol, moderate/high fiber, low sugar)
6-7 meals a day
1g of protein per lbs of body weight a day
weightlift very hard/intense (work ALL BODY PARTS a.k.a upper and lower body)
cardio once or twice a week
get good rest(sleep at least 7 hours a day)
supplements(whey, casein protein, creatine(diff types), multivitamins, multiminerals, fish oil, vitamin C)
get in a cheat(high fat) meal once a week
these are the basics for bulking.........
