Overpriced and not that effective to begin with. Don't buy into that whole resistance training crap; the people they have in the commercials got those results from using free weights.

yeah, when i was deployed in iraq my unit bought one and we set it up when we got there. I was all excited and sht, then i used it. After maybe two work outs u can do all the bows, and i saw very lil results. While i was doing 300+ on the "bench" i went to free weights when they got in and couldnt do 225 for as much as i could b4 i deployed.

another peice of trash is the ab rocker and remember those rolling wheels ppl used to get "ripped washboard abs"(seems like all these ab comercials/products use this phrase) that were the craze back in like 2000

gold's gym powerflex is also garbage...good for stretching but no where as effective as free weights..i wasted money on this crap :dry: $500 i spent could've went for a free weight system

Bottomline, don't waste money on anything you see bill romanowski or chuck norris using on tv.
If you want to get jacked/ripped at home, look into power 90/p 90 X workouts at beachbody.com
