Assuming your lifting ATLEAST three times a week...

6-7 meals a day
3,500 - 4,000 calories a day or more depending on your actual metabolism
200-250 grams of protein a day based on your current weight
Increase your carb intake (but try to limit sugar a bit, focus on taking in complex and fibrous carbs(veggies, etc.) so you don't gain mostly fat).
Eat the second you get up and also right before bed (take in some casein whey like milk, cottage cheese, or a casein whey based protein shake, before bed).

And ease up on the cardio if you do it daily. Bulking requires massive eating, more lifting, and less cardio.

You want to gain lean mass for the weight your aiming for, so try to avoid the junk food, but don't do it completely; a nice cheat day where you go all out on ANYTHING is beneficial for raising leptin levels (burns extra fat) and for more calories.

Remember that in order to gain weight it comes down to your daily calorie intake exceeding your BMR.

This also means that you need to consume even more calories to compensate for the calories burned through lifting and whatever other activities you participate in.

All this may seem hard but its not. Just focus on eating calorie-dense foods which provide a solid amount, but with a smaller actual eating portion.

Almost forgot the most important tip, make sure your drinking ATLEAST 1 gallon of water a day. Fill a jug and sip it throughout the day; you'll be surprised how fast you breeze through 1 gallon.

Or buy one of those 24-pack water bottles and drink atleast 8 of them a day to reach the 128-ounce (1 gallon) mark.

When bulking (to gain lean muscle mass), you can aim for:

- 1lb lean beef per day (i dont eat much meat, but you can if you like)
- 1 Gallon Skim Milk per day
- Around 2000 cals per day from oats
- Lots of protein shakes (up to 8 per day)
- Lean chicken
- Lean turkey
- Lean beef / sloppy Joes (manwich)
- Hamburger Helper
- Lots of pasta
- Lots of tuna
- Potatoes
- Rice (Note: If you can afford it you can do things like boneless chicken breast, steaks etc.. etc..)
- Veggies (Fresh if possible)

creatine mono or ethyl ester
multi's

That's a myth, well at least for me. I also consume candy and pop everyday and also smoke. I still look very healthy just a lil stomach but the abs still show.

you might look healthy now but constant high fat and high sugar food consumption will eventually catch with you very soon. Thats why is important to eat in portions (moderate to small) and avoid high fat and high sugar foods.

Also, looking healthy and "being" healthy are two different things.

You remind me of my brother. He eats and eats and he's still thin. The guy doesn't work out or exercise either.

But I think I'm giving misleading information.

When I was in highschool I used to eat those 3(mostly McDonalds) everyday. The thing is I used to eat to finish the meal, not to satisfy my hunger. So I gained weight.

Now I just stop eating my meal before I get ronched and I still eat greasy and fatty foods. I could eat that stuff whenever I want now and not gain weight.
