ok i work out moderately with heavy weights and do push ups and free weights daily(ie pushups monday then tuesday free weights) and i just got finished joggin 3 miles today and i did the same on tuesday.
with proper diet what is a good time table that i will see a drop in Bf% and should i do more than 2 days of joggin? by the way im 5'8 174
